Cost Segregation
Cost segregation is an approved IRS technique used by taxpayers to reclassify certain qualified property that is normally depreciated over 39 or 27.5 years before cost segregation to 5, 7 and 15 years after cost segregation reducing taxes in the early years and increasing cash flow.
